What Jeanne Wore: Long Layers

Adam Lippes x Target tunic (similar), Alfani vest (similar), J. Crew pants (similar), Zara shoes (similar), J. Crew earrings (similar), old ring (similar), old bracelet (similar)

I am not normally a fan of multiple layer loose tunic-y outfits like this.  I’ve always been so conscious of the need to create a visible waistline – usually worried that otherwise I’ll look bigger than I am.  But it felt pretty good to wear this tunic and vest over flowy trousers.

This dress/tunic was part of the Adam Lippes x Target line that came out last fall.   It is beautifully made with knotted fabric buttons – and the “hand” of the fabric is very high quality. I cannot wait to now wear it as a dress!

I recently wore a long top too, and have the same concerns as you, but I decided to leave it open and wear it like a duster to great effect. My ensemble was also black and white – great minds, perhaps? So lovely to catch up with you again. Your styling is always spot on as far as I’m concerned x

Anna – My efforts pale in comparison to your bold combinations. Your looks always make me re-think what I could wear. You are the BEST, Jeanne
